David N. Jardine

David received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1977.  David was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1978. He received his Master of Laws degree in 1997 from the University of British Columbia and his Master's thesis was devoted entirely to the area of administrative law.

David's main area of practice is administrative law.  He represents agricultural marketing boards, professional governing associations and other regulatory agencies. He has appeared as board prosecution counsel and defence counsel in all manner of administrative tribunals.

David is also an experienced commercial and insolvency litigator.

David has extensive experience in appearing before the Court of Appeal of Alberta and before the Court of Queen's Bench in relation to his administrative law practice, and commercial and insolvency matters.

David has a strong interest in literature, history and philosophy.
